What’s the difference between IV infusions and IM injections?
IV Infusions (Intravenous)
This method delivers fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream through a vein, allowing for faster and more complete absorption. IV infusions provide immediate effects, making them ideal for hydration, energy boosts and quick replenishment of vitamins and minerals.
IM Injections (Intramuscular)
This involves injecting nutrients into the muscle, where they are absorbed more slowly into the bloodstream. IM injections are great for those looking for a more localised, steady release of vitamins, with a less invasive process than an IV.
Both methods are effective, but the choice depends on your needs for speed and absorption!
